What is a Sign Up Party?
A sign up party is an exclusive party or event planned and sponsored by Hogg family(s) or teacher(s) with tickets sold during the auction. They almost always sell out, some within minutes!
100% of the proceeds go to Hogg MS PTA.
This sounds so fun! What’s next?
Anyone can host a sign up party - you choose the time, place, number and type of attendees (“adults,” “moms,” “8th graders", “6th grade families,” etc.), and ticket price. Sign up parties generally occur post-auction through the Spring. Once submitted and approved, the sign up party will then be placed on our auction website. The sign up parties will be advertised on the auction website, but feel free to encourage your friends and acquaintances to purchase tickets to them! Once the auction period has ended, you will receive a list of contact information for everyone that bought a ticket for your sign up party and you can email the guests specific details of the event. Please be advised that any sign up parties occurring on Hogg MS school grounds will need prior approval (PTA can help obtain this). All ticket sales will go towards the Hogg Middle School PTA. Your costs for hosting the event are tax deductible.
